The GO Live for Oracle HRMS 11.5.10.2 project has happened without a glitch on 10th Aug as per schedule.

Subject: Successful deployment of the new HRMS Importance: High
Dear All,
As of 8.30 A.M. IST today, the new HRMS system went live as per schedule. This is the second of the system migration projects that has gone live this year. The new system is fully aligned with the Global Financial System (GFS) and has also met all its objectives.
A big thank you to the ISG HRMS team, HRMS- GFS team, KPIT team, iConnect team, ISG architecture team, RMG portal team, ISG testing team, MIS team & FS GBU IT team for their stupendous efforts and commitment during the entire project. Last but not the least, thank you to the ISG leadership team for their continued support during the project.
Kudos to the entire team in ensuring a successful and on-time deployment of the new HRMS.

It is a BIG achievement for everyone in the team including those from KPIT and of course Sweety Sinha and Sanjoy Mondal who helped me with my work of Oracle Apps DBA.

I know (know not believe) that teaching others is the best way to learn something. You get to look at the same subject with fresh eyes. which makes you better in many ways.

These days I am at home in Bhopal for my younger brother. Its a long long time since we were together like this. (10 years at least).
